Drawing Rules

  1. One submission allowed per individual. Should any individual submit his or her information more than once, all
    submissions after the initial submission will be removed from consideration.
  2. All winners must be U.S. citizens.
  3. All winners must hold current Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech-Language Pathologist licensure at
    time of prize drawing.
  4. Current employees of SavaSeniorCare and former employees eligible for rehire are eligible to participate.
  5. Winners will be contacted via email and telephone (when phone number has been provided) and will have 2 business
    days to respond and accept prize. Should the winner of a monthly prize fail to respond within 2 business days, the prize
    will be considered forfeited and a new winner will be drawn and contacted. Should the winner of an annual grand prize not
    respond within 5 business days, a new winner will be drawn and contacted.
  6. Winners will be announced in a monthly email to all participants, identifi ed by fi rst name, last initial and rehab specialty.
    SavaSeniorCare respects and will uphold the confi dentiality of all participants.
  7. All individuals who submit their information and who meet eligibility requirements will remain in the drawing pool until either
    winning a prize or formally requesting to be withdrawn from consideration.
  8. Winners become ineligible for future drawings for 6 months after winning a prize, then automatically become eligible again
    should all other eligibility requirements be met.
  9. Monthly small drawing prize is a gift card of $100 to be used towards CEUs.
  10. Annual grand prize for each discipline to go to the national show for his or her national professional organization. Physical
    Therapist winner will win up to $500 to attend APTA. Occupational Therapist winner will win up to $500 to attend AOTA.
    Speech-Language Pathologist winner will win up to $500 to attend ASHA.
